As I prepared to give birth in Lockdown 2021, I discovered a deep passion for researching all things birth. I had never heard of Hypnobirthing before then but, guess what, it made so much sense!

For my second birth I regularly meet with my Doula antenately who just cemented all the beautiful techniques I had come to learn via Hypnobirthing. It also gave me a wealth of knowledge and confidence which allowed me to feel fully in control of my birth and helped my husband to know exactly how to advocate for me while I drifted off to labour land. I decided this was the job I longed to do!
